Would this be a partridge sight?

I didn't mean to give you guys the wrong impression. I was bumming around deer camp and caught this one on the ground.

Thanks I needed to hear that. I was 15 had my brand new Savage 99
( 300 Savage) deer hunting when a partridge/ruffed grouse landed on the other end of the log I was sitting on, and no I wasn't using a Patridge sight, it was a Williams peep sight. :))

If you get a chance, visit Hodges Gardens in Many, LA. It's beautiful. I guarantee it!

I'm about to float away, Gary. Have been around Crowley? I swear I saw Boudreaux leading 2 crawfish, 2 alligators, 2 nutria, etc. to this huge periogue he built......

I thought a periogue was a dough like concoction filled with cheese , sauerkraut, and/or potatoes, although the correct spelling is Pirogues.:D

On the other hand, a pirogue is the flat bottomed boat used by Cajun, to float around the Bayous looking for clients.
