Would this change the National parks date?

The radio is reporting that some in congress want to move up the implementation of the credit card reforms. Would this also move up the date for CCW in National Parks?

Ohhh. Great question! I heard the news about the credit card laws possibly being moved-up and didn't even think about the CCW rider also being affected should the date be moved forward...

I doubt the date will actually be moved forward, however, as banks are crying that they need the time to update their computer programs. As much as it pains me to say it: the credit card bankers have a ligit excuse to resist the move-up...
