I already own two SW9VE's and a SW40VE. Both of the 9's were bought used and the .40 new. If I see another at a good price I will probably buy it too.

No. I really like my Sigma and am having a hard time trying to decide to sell it even though I have moved on as far as .40 S&W is concerned. It was my first .40, and a good one, but now I have a 4040PD, Hi Power, Glock 22 & 27, and a Springer 3.8 in the caliber. The Sigma still fits my hand and I shoot it well but IT HAS THAT STUPID HUGE RAIL. I would like to keep it but want compatability with standard rail stuff and the Sigma just does not have it. If I want to shoot a 40 without a rail I will shoot the G27, Hi Power, or 4040.;) So, not sorry I have it or that I bought it, but today would not buy another, unless it was REAL cheap!

Yes, I can't wait to buy the 45acp version Sigma if it comes out....hopefully. Would be nice. I own a 9F and 40VE, sold my Allied Forces 9VE. All 3 great guns for the money.

I voted no.
Not because I don't like the gun though, in fact, I love it! I bought it as a special purpose weapon...a truck gun. I needed an inexpensive and reliable gun and it was going to be either a used, 200 dollar(ish) S&W revolver or the Sigma. I do use it as a night time house gun too, but it was purchased for the truck. I would, and have recommended it to several other shooters that I know, no takers yet.

Voted Yes. Perfectly happy with my SW9VE, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like to have a Springfield to keep it company.

If you mean if I had to replace the one I have for some reason, absolutely! Good SD/HD gun, reliable, accurate, fits my hand, lightweight, controllable. Why not?

With Sigmas on sale for under $300 PLUS a $50 Rebate, I might buy another one real soon just to put away . . .

I've obsered that many USED ones go for more than NEW ones. Odd.

I voted NO. No hard feelings toward the Sigma - I've owned several and enjoyed them. But with the advent of the SD series, and the small price differential between it and the Sigma, I can't see myself buying another Sigma. The SD addresses all the short comings of the Sigma and adds some real value for the price - IMO the SD competes with pistols that are priced much higher.

Yes, and in fact I bought another one today...a 9mm...at Academy Sports. They had $25 off the normal price of $319...and the rebate is still available...so in reality I am saving $75. Hard to pass up a good, high capacity pistol in an effective caliber from a reputable manufacturer for about $250.

I've got a 40VE. Maybe if they came out with a .45 but I doubt it. Gun's got great ergonmics and a great price. Well made etc. but I can't stand the trigger. I'm not going to sell mine cause I never sell my guns. But if I ever were to sell one it would be the Sigma. For now it will be a house gun, later when I'm in a good state it will be the truck gun.

If I NEEDED another Sigma, I'd buy one in a heartbeat. A known, reliable item.

Wait a min . . . . Need vs "want" . . .hmmm. I think I'll stroll on over to the shop.

NO. But not because it is a bad gun. It is because it is a gun made to sell cheaply. Owning one is enough. Makes a great self defense carry gun if a person does not own a better one.

I bought the one I have to keep in the tool box in the truck. It is not the quality I want to have in a gun that would be carried to protect my life.
