I recently got the urge to acquire a 6906 to accompany my 3913, and it looks like I missed the boat on the the recent cheap 6906s. Apparently, Bud's Gun Shop had been blowing out police trade-in 6906s for $275 just a few months back, and Summit Gun Broker has a slew of them for $269 towards the beginning of the year. (Not to mention the $399.99 NIB 6906 deal from CDNN last year!) So after a nearly year-long hiatus from the S&W Forum, I'm turning to you guys for help!
I'm looking to purchase a used S&W 6906 with the round trigger guard. I'm not necessarily looking for a safe queen, as I would like to keep the price for the gun itself to under $300. I will be willing to go higher on the total price of a package, depending on what useful accessories are included (night sights, extra 69XX magazines, 59XX series magazines with the Plus2 adapter, Hogue finger groove grip, holsters, etc.).
I will also consider a 6946, if the price is right. Especially one with the short DA pull.
FTF in Arkansas is preferred, but I'll be willing to discuss shipping to my FFL for a good deal.
