I am trying to locate and possibly purchase a Schofield that was my great grandfathers and given to me by my grandfather for Christmas in the 90's. I ended up selling my early Smith & Wesson collection around 2004 on GunsAmerica which included the Schofield to resolve an ugly divorce. Fast forward to today, life is good and I have be able to purchase back some similar guns that were in my collection, but I would really like to find the Schofield. It was in a presentation case which I made out of a cherry silverware box. My upholstery shop custom made an insert to hold the gun and also an empty Schofield .45 ammo box which was shrink wrapped. The lining was done in a maroon. I also had a brass plaque on the box that said something about a Montana Cowboy. It also had the original holster, belt and belt buckle. I still have the original ammo that was on the belt. Roy Jinks from SW had also put together a letter that was with it. I know this is a long shot, but I am throwing it out there. Thanks, Jim
