I know this is not a Colt board however the folks here are great & guns I have bought have been exc.
The wife been on me for a Colt 1911 in 9mm, I have been searching for a Colt Spec Combat Govt in hard chrome (38super) NIB would be my preference however a good not modded used piece would do (prefer the box with it)
Willing to offer a finders fee to anyone who hooks me up with the pistol I buy (paypal or a postal money order) don't have time for Gunbroker games or junk that is often sold there.
This model is current production however Colt is so slow about production I been watching off & on since last IDPA season, have the funds & FFL on hand for the right pistol.
An older Gold Cup in 38 super or 9mm would be considered as well, she has a Gold Cup in 45acp for CDP so please I am not interested in 45acp.
A Wilson in 9mm, must have Bomar, I may consider too, 8 - 10 month wait from them is a tad long.
