I'd agree on 1906-07. I don't list any .32-20s having SNs very close to yours, but what I do have would bracket it there. However, the ".32 W.C.F. CTG" barrel stamping wasn't used until about 1914, so yours may have a replacement barrel. The correct caliber stamping should be ".32 Winchester." What is the SN on the flat area at the bottom of the barrel? It should be the same as the SN stamped on the butt. The .32 Win/.32 WCF/.32-20 revolvers were serial numbered seperately from the same revolvers chambered in .38 S&W Special. Also, there were two versions - square butt and rounded butt. The square butt version would have been a Model of 1905, the rounded-butt version would have been a Model of 1902 (at that time).
