2. SOLD PF.....REDUCED TO $700 SHIPPED IN LOWER 48 OR $650 FTF.....S&W 696-1. No box or papers. Excellent condition with some minor scuffs and dings in the metal from carry. Excellent carry-up and lock-up with just a bit of sideplay and no endshake. $725 shipped to your FFL in the Lower 48.
1. SOLD PF.....S&W 624 with 3" barrel and factory combat grips. Has box, manual, dessicant paper, and tool kit. Was sold to me as unfired outside the factory and I have not fired it. You can see three carbon rings on the cylinder face on alternate chambers, so it is quite likely that the previous owner was telling the truth. He had a tremendous collection of boxed S&W revolvers, most of which he said he bought new and never fired. Despite this, the factory grips have numerous nicks and dings. I don't know if they got these in a safe, in the shop, or what. However, since they were original to this gun, I left them as is rather than refinishing or swapping them out for another pair. The end label on the box is circle-c marked, so it has been returned to S&W to have the cylinder checked. $850 shipped to your FFL in the Lower 48.
