- S&W M&P 5in - Unissued - 5 Screw - With SN Matching Gold Box, Accessories, & Factory Letter
This is a mint condition 5 inch S&W M&P 5 screw variation pistol. It is exactly as it shipped from the factory and includes it serial number matching gold box, cleaning rod, cleaning brush, waxed packing paper, and a factory letter. The letter confirms that the pistol shipped from the factory on August 7th, 1947 to the Tracy Wells Company of Columbus, Ohio. Tracy Wells was a wholesale notions, grocers**™, and druggists' sundries company that serviced the greater Columbus area.
The condition of the pistol is mint as shown. The is a hint of a turn line on the cylinder, but just barely. The bore is likewise excellent, its possible that this was never fired. Given the condition and presence of the accompanying factory letter, this pistol would be nearly impossible to upgrade. 45 photos are included below. Contact with any questions.
