1958 Marlin 39M Mountie. 20" barrel, straight stock. One of the smoothest 39's I have ever shot, extremely slick action. Very accurate gun. Bluing on the reciever is something else, very reflective with no pitting or rust. Barrel has a few small wear marks, minor at most.
The rear stock has been replaced with a custom straight grip stock with a curved buttplate. The tang area could be fitted a little nicer fitted, I havent tried any further. Factory stock (has been oversanded by a "gunsmith") is included as well.
Asking $425. No trades at this time (although if you had a S&W 34 2" or 77/44...). FTF in Raleigh/Wake Forest, NC or ship on your dime.
Ruger MKIII RP 5.5" Bull Barrel. Low round count, not sure of the year (dont have it handy for a serial # lookup). Great shape, near LNIB. Comes with factory box, papers, 2 mags and a Fobus style holster.
Buds has these for $290 w/ free shipping. I figure if I were going to sell the pistol right now I'd ask $275 firm right now. I'd honestly rather trade for a Ruger MKI or MKII with a bull barrel. Blued or stainless, I can add cash if need be.
