Due to age and health reasons, I've decided to sell my Smith & Wesson Model 52 target handguns. There is a Model 52 and Model 52-1. Both are the Pre "A" Serial Numbered guns.
S&W Model 52, Caliber .38 Special, Serial No. 54618. This single action target model has the chamber marked, "38 Special Midrange". The serial number range started at 50000 and a total of 3500 no-dash Mosel 52 were produced. However the model 52-1 and 52 were co-produced at the same time, with both of them having serial numbers in the same range. The highest serial number 52 no-dash was in the 55600 range. This model has 5-inch barrel, adjustable sights, walnut grips and was manufacture in Oct. of 1963. This is a target pistol with a truly superb trigger pull. There is a takedown wrench for the front barrel bushing. Also comes with a spare S&W marked magazines. Rear grip strap has the most wear. Mirror bore with pistol having 95% original finish. Since this S&W 52 is more than 50 years old, it can be shipped as a C&R handgun to 03 FFL. Shipping costs shall be based on address of recipient FFL address. The price of $1100 includes the wrench and spare magazine.
