The Model 1877 was Colt's first double action revolver.
Made in 1891.
"Sheriff's" Model with 3" bbl
Both double action and single action work perfectly.
Original grips in near perfect condition
5 digit serial # which is only 300 away from the model 1877 that Billy the Kid carried.
Case coloring on the frame is in great shape for it's age. Fire bluing as well. Bluing on the barrel is worn. All edges are sharp and all addresses are crisp. Bore is excellent as well as chambers.
All screw heads are sharp and clean.
This is an all original gun that is a ton of fun to shoot!
It will come with 86 rounds of factory ammo from Buffalo Arms over in Ponderay Id as well as 14 pieces of once fired brass.
Looking for trades of Pre-1900 Winchesters, Colt Single Actions or S&W Revolvers like 29, 629 or... Surprise me!
