Please tell me someone is going to come up with an option to replace that ridiculously wide rear notch.
Tru-Glo original Bodyguard rear sight is the same as the 2.0, if that's all you want is to replace the rear one.
It is not the same height, though the dovetail is the same.Tru-Glo original Bodyguard rear sight is the same as the 2.0, if that's all you want is to replace the rear one.

I considered replacing both the front and rear with BG1.0 TruGlos, but the rear is taller. Thought about using the same set as the 1.0, but I'm not sure of their relative height and POI.
The BG1.0 rear actually works really well for a zero, and a sight picture. But a larger, brighter front sight would be a help. Moon
Agjsimon, my recollection was, putting a vernier on it, OUT of the gun, it was a different height. In any case, the relationship between the rather bright TRUGLO rear, and the far less bright OEM, is less than ideal.I replaced my rear sight with the Tru-Glo and they were exactly the same height and shot right to POA. It just had a narrower slot and had tritium inserts in it.
Yep just bought it in green. 100 bucks to get rid of the mile wide rear sights. Hope they fit well
Thanks for the link.
I like how a "Sight tool for Glock" shows a fella working on a 1911 and has rifle bullets on the workbench!
