Year and approx value

Hello everyone, I'm adjusting my insurance premiums and they want to know year of manufacture and approx cost.
Smith & Wesson model 64 (no Dash) on yoke.
Stainless steel snub nose (2inch?)
.38 S&W SPL on right side of barrel. Three screws on right side of weapon.
Seiral number on butt of weapon D7115XX
