I had to replace the yoke screw in my 460xvr and now it appears that the yoke bushing up by the cylinder hits on the frame when you go to close the cylinder.
Is there a fix for this?

The yoke screw on these new guns have a spring loaded plunger. Does your replacement have the spring and plunger? Press on the tip, does the plunger move?

Other than this, I recommend you send it back under warrantee because I would assume the yoke is bent. Does it close smoothly or with some hand pressure.

The reason it had to be replaced was the plunger got hung up inside the screw and stuck.
As far as the closing goes its ok till the little spring loaded ejector rod tip hits the frame then moves the yoke forward a bit. It closes easy but its just a matter of collapsing that spring on the ejector rod like in your avatar.
Might be made that way I dont know.

I do know its a blast to hunt with and wish someone would make a solid replacement for the muzzle break so you wouldnt loose your hearing hunting.

Call S&W and ask for it to be examined under their warranty. Let them determine what's happening and the cause(s) and address whatever might be involved.
