My daughter got hitched last weekend....

She got married at our shooting range out back....

It's official.....I'm a redneck....and proud we got the deer stand in the wedding photos too!

Of course she and her new husband are bigger rednecks than I am!

Compared to some of the weddings in my family, yours is 'high-falutin." Didn't see one person in camo in your photos. My college graduation photos have my brother in a satin 'Pontiac' jacket, and my brother in law in overalls.

Oh WOW! A whole new set of categories for firearms. We can have our wedding gun and the other possibilities are endless. Our funeral gun, our divorce proceedings gun, anniversary gun (if they don't get divorced first), baby shower gun etc. I think we're on to something here.

Thanks for the replies. It was fun. Lara is a great shot. She's shot with me a bunch. Her husband is new to shooting but we can get him trained.

I told our pastor that he could take a photo with the range in the background and throw it up on the screen next Sunday....'shotgun wedding' theme.

If it had not been so cold and windy, we'd have done some shooting afterward!

Looks like a real nice couple. How did it feel to be the father of the bride? I've played that role twice. With two daughters and no son, I was finally lucky enough to gain two son-in-laws that I love as if they were my own. Hope that happens for you. Congratulations.
