Just got back from a visit to Florida. One evening I checked the light and it was very weak. I had used it that afternoon looking for a tv outlet and it might have been left on.

There was a CVS store next door and I walked over to see what they had. They had 123 batteries in single blister packs and they were $9.99 each! Of course, I had another light with me and decided I could make it one night without the bright one.

I now need to start looking for some reasonable battery deals.

Those are internet available only for some strange reason.

I order about 2 times a year for my needs.

I order them direct from Surefire also.

They're expensive locally because they are rather specialized, usually they're considered "photo" batteries.

There are cheaper ones out there, but caveat emptor.

I got some thru lapolicegear also. Pretty good price considering.
13.00 for Rayovac when you buy a 10 pack.
23.00 for Battery Station when buy a 20 pack

Batterydepot or cheap batteries .com...
I have seen 100 packs for 50 bucks i the past year.

Lowe's Home Centers sell Surefire 2 packs for $3.99, $1.00 less than Bass Pro Shops.
