I found this on YouTube and tried it my ar-15/22 and pleased with it so far. It breaks cleaner and took the creep out my trigger.

The first video absolutely works, has worked on every AR I've done it on.

The second video, while it does "work" what you are doing is forcing the
creep out of the trigger by pushing the trigger up and altering the sear
engagement. I do not recommend this at all.

*Edit*

I do not cut my hammer springs. I bend them at an angle (both tangs). I don't like the idea of cutting one of
the legs off, the legs are what retains the trigger pin.
