There are good changes and improvements, but some are "scary" - I just attempted to post a reply on a thread and was confronted with a warning - I forget the exact wording, but it said I may be permanently banned if I did something (?) and had to sign some sort of an agreement. I suppose it is necessary to avoid some sort of legal action... any one else getting these "warnings"?... are we that far gone?

Had the same thing with me the other day,,, I was not sure what it was, Just thought it was a security check ?~?~?~?
I really didnt read it, I cant see how I could ever get in trouble here, I never typed anything with bad words or slurs of any sort.
Or maybe it's for us guys named Peter.

Must not just be for you Petes and Peters. I have received the same message too, so I guess we are all whipped with the same wet noodle.

In any case, I will always remember what my friend said to the waiter in the dining room at the Bauer-Grumwald in Venice when he told us we couldn't be seated because we had no jacket and tie: "Well, I've certainly been thrown out of better places than this!"

Installing and testing some software. I thought I had made it "invisible" to users. Apparently not. Those were the "canned" or default rules and admonishments. Should be terminated now.

If or when this pops up again, it will be announced way in advance. "Rules" or "Terms of Service" are a fact of life on the internet.
