Your title reminded me of a true story. I used to work with a guy whose trade classification was Millwright. Now for those who are unfamiliar with the trade, they moved equipment, and a lot of their work involved hammers. The end of my friend's fingers were bulbous - kind of like ET's fingers and I suspect some hammer blows fell short of their intended target. One day he was gnawing on a chicken leg, and quite frankly, it reminded me of watching a threshing machine in operation. I asked him if he ever messed up and bit one of his fingers. His look answered my question, and I burst out laughing. "It ain't funny, he said - it hurt!" That just made me laugh more. :D

So, YUM - fingers!

About the food being prepared

The end result has various spellings kebap, kebab, kabob

Doner kebab can be served in various ways. For wraps, the meat is thinly sliced and placed on flatbread with vegetables and sauce. The bread is then rolled tightly, often wrapped in foil for easy handling. Sandwich-style presentations use pita or crusty bread, stuffed with meat and toppings.

Google
MUZO KEBAP SALONU

Will give you street view of the establishment.
Unfortunately most of the links seem to be in Turkish language.
