Just got my Zeiss compact binos back from Zeiss Service.
They fixed the "looseness" and also replaced the eye cups, cleaned the optics, and readjusted the focus and alignment.
Even though they showed almost no wear after a couple years of daily use in far-off sandy places, these things are like brand new again!
And--no charge for this great customer service from Zeiss.
