First, find out whether it is safe to fire .45ACP out of a 325.

The 325/625/25 revolvers will shoot 45 super/smc Per S&W mother ship..
Some ammo makers use revolvers to test there super/smc loads.

Are you trying to tell us 45ACP in a 325 has too much recoil?

I have 2 snub 325s and firing 45 supers from them would be more brutal to my hand than the gun

It might. Depends on your hand and your choice of grips. Worth testing before trying heavier loads. Of course, you may have already done that.
People have to know their own limits, for sure.
