I don’t think it is ugly! The wear to the finish indicates more than one lifetime of stories.

Yes..Houston PD.
Cadets now graduate with a choice of semi-auto 9mm
Likely Glocks or Sigs.
Mabe be a few old timers left packin revolvers.
