BVAC out of business?

So today I was shooting some Bitteroot Valley Ammunition Company (BVAC) .38 special 158 grain SJSP ammo. The rounds seemed to have a little more kick to them than I thought they would so I went to look up the stats on the ammo, but I couldn't find the company website. I searched the Montana state business license website and all three companies listed for BVAC were listed as "inactive".

I ordered the ammo 2 or 3 years ago, and I've looked at the website since then...so I know there was a website in the past...but couldn't find it today.

Anybody know anything about them going out of business? Nothing special about the ammo really....just curious mostly.

Just my guess... They didn't gain a good enough following.
I know I never heard of them before your post.

They used to have a big spread at the Denver Tanner shows. Nothing recently...

Bad guys............
good ammo..............
oh well.

To bad people have to try to cut corners to make $$$ .........
when we will but their products.

However on the large scale, I can see where some can get greedy.
