Default Winchester/Remington 9mm ammo recall

Just got my new issue of Guns & Ammo and these three ammo recall ads were in it. Guess they are rushing production to meet demand and have big quality control issues.

Yeah, bad lots sneak through from time to time. I have to suspect that with the incredibly high demand right now they have production running as fast as possible and hoping to catch anything wrong in final inspection.... Which sometimes doesn't............. Once people report issues with stuff they bought then the rush starts to determine what lots were involved and get them returned before guns are damaged and someone maybe gets hurt. I've seen a number of these recalls over the years, happens even during normal times. And these are not normal times or normal demand right now

Seems to be terrible quality control "sneaking through" when Winchester lists 50 or more lots to be recalled. How much ammo is in a lot? Looks like they had a problem with the propellant, I wonder that if it came from a subcontractor, what other ammo manufacturer used the same?
