Just received my City Slicker 2 holster from Ryan over at R. Grizzle Leather on the 12th, right on schedule with the 9-10 week quote I was given at the time I placed the order. I ordered the City Slicker 2 for my SP101, it has a reinforced mouth, hammer shield, ordered with the option belt loop attachment instead of the standard kydex clips, and also had him leave the back rough-side out.
The molding and retention are terrific, have had the my SP101 in the holster for a couple days to help break it in, but it will need to some re-holstering to make the draw smoother. It holds the grip of my SP101 tight against my body. The stitching is very well done, and the finish looks very nice. The belt loop option I still am trying to figure out the "sweet spot" as you can adjust the height of the front and back to adjust cant and how deep it ride in our waist band. Ryan also includes an allen wrench for the set screw for the belt loop pieces. The only finishing touch that I would say might have been slightly better is the edge burnishing, but it is still well done.
