Alessi for my S&W 66 3"; Tauris for my CZ 75's; Desantis Executive for my Glock 19. If I had it to do over, the Glock would also ride in a Tauris or Alessi.

I carried a 6" 686 IWB, and sometimes still do. I'm 5'7" so if I can pull it off, I think most others can also. Sorry I can't help as far as shoulder holsters go.

I occassionally carry a 6" or longer N frame in a verticle shoulder holsters. They are at their best when it is cool enough that the necessary cover garment isn't uncomfortable. Also, the shoulder straps press your shirt against your back, interferring with air circulation, making them uncomfortable in hot weather.

I have an alessi for my 442...I used to think that a shoulder rig was best for bigger guns, but I find my hip is best for my P7....I don't use shoulder too often for the 442 either, since it usually is on my ankle or in a simple IWB....and with a shoulder holster, I can't take my jacket off...that said, in this rig, I don't feel the weight at all and it comes in handy if I'm wearing sweats or riding my motorcycle...I just wish it fit my SP101 since I like to carry that when I can....

I use the Galco Miami Classic with the new wider shoulder strap with a G19. The Galco shoulder holsters are pretty good for production equipment. There is certainly a shorter wait than for a quality custom holster.
I also use an Alessi Field Master vertical shoulder holster with my "N" frame 629. The big revolver is comfortable with the Alessi rig but it certainly needs a good large cover garment over it to be discrete.

The only shoulder holster I seem to use anymore is an old Bianchi 9R for J frame revolvers. It holds the gun upside down in a spring loaded clamshell holster. I have 1 shoulder strap and 2 holsters for it (1 for longer barreled J frames, 1 for standard). I also have a Galco Jackass rig for my Glocks, but rarely use it due to weight of gun and 2 mags on the shoulders.

I occasionally carry my 25-13 Mountain Gun in a Bianchi X-15 when roaming the woods. It woks fine, but I don't see myslef CCW'ing the gun in that rig about town. The X-15, IMO just doesn't pull the butt of the gun up close enough to my side for good concealment.

Sorry, I don't post pictures.
I use 2 leather holsters, both Bianchi:
X-15 that will take anything from a 6 inch "N" frame to a 5.5 inch Redhawk. I use it for my Glock 21.
#9-2 for a "K" frame S&W and my Ruger SP-101.

While I seldom use a shoulder holster for concealed carry, there are times during the winter months when this rig is quite comfortable.
Galco Jackass Shoulder Holster for the 1911. This shoulder holster is probably 20 years old, but is still quite effective at carrying any of my 1911-type pistols.
