Concealed carry, holsters and safety

I'm seriously thinking of getting one of these Galco pocket holsters for my Glock 26. Yes, sometimes the butt will show but I've never had anyone notice. That's a Glock 42 in the pic.

I live in Los Angeles County. I received my CCW after 18 months. When I submitted my application I listed a S&W model 19 in 2&1/2” and a 629 in 4”. My son said “they are never let you carry that .44 mag”. I qualified and they never said a word;).

I've been pocket carrying my BG2 for 9 months. My choice of pants is important for comfort, concealment, and ease of withdrawal.

I find my jean style pants with smaller tighter pockets work, but my BG2 inside a Muddy River Tactical kydex prints slightly and is more difficult to withdraw.

My Dockers style pants are more loose fitting, with 14" larger deep pockets on the side rather than in the front, completely obscure the shape of the holster and grip. If someone is looking VERY closely if I'm walking, the shape looks like a cell phone. Withdrawal is very quick.
Which Dockers. I use Wrangler Cargos, the pocket is deep enough for a small 380, but for some reason the LCR sticks up a bit so you can see the handle.

Dockers - D3 Classic Fit ... really deep front pockets. I can stick my Colt 1911 Mk IV Series 70 in and completely concealed, but prints really badly.

I don't have a pair of Wrangler Cargos, but I like the look.
