At my last range session, my Camp Carbine stopped firing. Upon later examination, it appears that the Hammer Strut Bridge failed (and is missing) shattering the Buffer and bending the Hammer Strut.
I've purchased replacement parts (Thank You, Numerich Gun Parts) and while reassembling the trigger group there was no trigger return spring assembly, OR any place for one!
Further research determined that my Camp 9 must be one of the earlier ones that used a diffrent style Hammer Strut Bridge that also acted as the trigger return mechanism. It seem that no one has a replacement.
Does anyone out there have an early style that would be willing to photograph or describe the Bridge in the Trigger Group so I could have the part fabricated? Thanks ahead of time.
