Picked one up, anybody have any experience with them? Seems well made and the 3-way action is odd but interesting?

I had one for a while. A perfectly fine pistol: hit what I pointed at, fed all the ammo I loaded it with, and felt good in my hand. I just couldn't find an active use for the three-way action. It didn't fill any need I had so I traded it for something else.

I probably wouldn't buy another one, but that's because there are other pistols I like better (currently looking to get a 4006TSW CHP) not because of any issues I had with it.

It should work just fine for you. (There's a good video on YouTube about these. The fella on it is kinda goofy, but has a ton of knowledge about it and makes the review mildly amusing.)

They are well made, well thought out and have good ergonomics. Mine was very accurate and reliable. My brother liked it alot so I gave it to him for a birthday present.

They will also us a S&W 5900 series magazine, but they will stick out the bottom.

I would buy another without hesitation, but they don't show up much here in Montana.

In my experience they don't show up much anywhere. There was the initial rash of them 10-15 years ago from a big vendor (AIM, CDNN, Century? I don't recall) and then they vanished.

It known as the tri-action trigger.

1. Single Action-cocked and locked
2. Double action
3. Has a round chambered and the hammer is lowered by pressing forward on the hammer. When the trigger is touched by the trigger finger the hammer travels back to being a single action ...just like being cocked and lock...

Browning and Sig had variants of the same design....never really caught on with the US shooters however.

I don't have a 9mm , but i do have the DH40 . I bought mine BNIB at the LGS . They are a very good weapon , no complaints . Mine is an early import , imported by Kimber . Imagine that , a Korean pistol with Kimber on the side .
