I'm worried about going to jail because I missed some poorly advertised deadline and the DA wants to make an example.
Or, just pull the brace off, and it's a legal pistol, and get on with your life.
My problem with the definitions is that it is entirely possible to have a mass shooting with only one round fired. If it is fired into a crowd any round will likely hit 3-4 people.
Or apply for the amnesty? The pistols are going to be grandfathered in with a waivered tax stamp, but no directive has been given yet to the agents (from an ATF agent). No kidding.
Looks like a SBR to me. Pistol brace looks like a collapsable stock in length only permanent.. Can someone PLEASE post a picture of someone actually using one of these poistol braces as they were intended.I bought this pistol lower a couple years ago from PSA, and put a 7" upper on it. I listed it as a handgun on the 4473.
Put it together for multi state road trips. Just a semi auto handgun right now.
If they outlaw it, I'll just stamp it and put one of the extra AR stocks I have laying around on it.
I have 2 SBR AR's and 4 other SBR's.

Here's what's really stupid (per the ATF agent) all "new" built pistols (sbr's now) fall under a new guideline for SBR's, but all the one's grandfathered in will be able to be sold without the tax stamp transfer. The "old" pistols will fall under another guideline going forward and can be sold openly. How stupid is this?
This is from an ATF agent high up.
Remembering why I don't come on this board much. Jeebus.

Stop worrying about all the communist shell games.
