I'm so proud of it, I had to post it. My newest PPC machine to be added to the arsenal.

Purchased it today from another officer; sighted it in to my eyes and WOW! Love it!

jackpilot, I am assuming you did not get the STI TargetMaster?

nice pic.

before I made my first PPC semi auto purchase...I was considering this model as back then, they were much cheaper, but my deciding factor was to go 1911 style since I carry that set up on duty, I figured the same trigger feel and grip which I practice with or go to matches can be carried for duty training.

I shoot reloads and I recall last year, a shooter next to me with a SW PPC 5" had a vast array of ball, blazer aluminum case, cruddy looking brass and other stuff. it did not matter, he and the gun shot well.

good choice

Yeah, this came available and I just couldn't pass it up. First match with it will be on Saturday...then off to Raton for the week.

This gun seems to fit me better than a 1911. I have extra large hands and grip size and trigger position seem to be perfect for me.

I was able to send 30 or so rounds downrange before the rookie class got back from lunch.

At the end of my session I had time to send 3 rds downrange from 50 yrds. All were X ring. I'm happy with the purchase to say the least.

No sir, I haven't made my way down there. We mostly stay in the DFW area until Raton and Nationals. Most of us do the OK state match as well.

Great find ,those are scarcer than hens teeth these days. The great part of that gun is now you can shoot the same gun for open and distinguished, cleaning is a breeze. Great Deal. Bob

Agreed sir. I broke it down to all its parts last night...and put it back together, the same night...hehe. What a wonderful machine.
