I send them out with VHB tape (used on automobiles). As long as you haven't saturated the receiver with solvents, it should hold strong enough to function, but still be removable. One can also glue it (which is how I have mine attached) but I don't advocate that unless you have tried it with the tape and are happy with it and want it more permanently attached.
