I am done with those as well.
I did get a 6 week old AKC German Shepherd on sunday evening though, We named him Ruger. That means whiner or narc in german.it should mean, "poops and pisses everywhere and destroyer of shoes". Thats what the wife says at least.
My older one had kidney failure and we had to put him down. See my post on "home security". He was the first one an intruder would get attacked by if they came through my property line. This one I need to train and hold the intruder, just short of breaking the neck till I can get my rock salt shells loaded or till I get home. I figure another 12 to 16 months for that.
