M&P Shield holsters and accessories?

I have the Kydex OWB on order from RKBA holsters. Can't wait to get it. Going mildly nuts waiting, but I'm not complaining, because it's worth waiting for quality handmade gear, and the 2-4 weeks stated on the website is more than reasonable. A week and a half down, just a little while longer.....

For the time being until RCS has specific holster for the Shield. I bought a Galco IWB (Natural) Glock 26. Stamped on the back is G119L .. STO286

How is that working for you??

I have one that a friend gave me... it has been in the bag for sometime now (did not have a gun for it)... new, never used... if it works for the Shield I might use it until I get one from High Noon Holsters

Quite comfortable. I tried other Galcos. The black leather (much more expensive) was too bulky. No way will I bother with a Serpa. Try it out.

I've heard that the MA compliant shield may have a popup loaded chamber indicator similar to some Rugers. Would there be a special holster for these guns?

There is no pop up chamber indicator on the Shield.

Wrong. Check your manual. pg 15, figure 13b.

The manual says *some* have that pop up indicator. Mine does not have one. Could this be a state safety requirement .. like California?

The Remora model# is "4B". I have one on the way: RFT and SS.

Its not on their web page yet. You have to call to order.

I have one for my Kahr CM9 with a mag pouch. I was suprised that it works just fine for my new Shield! Stoked! I may have to order this one if it's the "correct" holster.

I have one on order (AIWB version). I have a similarly made holster from Rocketman Holsters (rmholsters.com) for another gun, and have never had any problem with clip breakage.

I just received my holster from pjholsters, and I am very pleased. It is a perfect fit with no adjustment required (although it does have an adjusting screw) and is very nicely made. I also bought a mag carrier at the same time. It is a very nice product as well.

Fast service, good price and quality workmanship! I can't think of anything else to want.

I received mine today as well! I have holsters from him for other pistols too. So far they are my favorite IWB holster and I find them to be very comfortable. Not to mention he is quick to answer questions and will work with you on customization.

I was perusing this forum thread tonight because I'm picking up my new M&P Shield this week and would like to find a good holster for it. I saw the pics posted of the High Noon Holster and can tell by the photos that this is a very well made holster. As a professional leather worker with over 15 years experience I can see the quality involved and wanted to comment about it. The work I do is entirely different from holster manufacturing so I know not to try to make my own rig. I'm not going to say negative things about other manufacturers but I will say that the detail in the High Noon holsters will get my business, hands down. Great Job High Noon.

Wow. I have one ordered from RKBA for my shield... that one looks amazing! Secretly hoping its mine ;)
Of course I ordered an OWB... damn that IWB looks sharp!
