Came across this site the other day, I was going to try and make a few holsters but with the cost of separate shipping for the leather, hardware and kydex it would only make sense if you were going to make a lot of holsters.

This site sells fully made holsters as well as kits that are sold in 3 stages. My Crossbred cost me over $100 and took 8 weeks to ship. Here you can get a get for well under $30 and set up your holster exactly like you want it. I ordered a stage 1 with extra kydex. They offer an initial 10% discount with another 20% for active or 10% for vets.

If you want to give making a holster a try you might want to check them out or if you have an uncommon gun.

Wearing an Old Faithful as I type. Got the ready made, no complaints. I'm curious about your Crossbreed. I've got a couple and neither cost anywhere near $100. Something special? Bells & whistles?

I've gone the rote of making my own though I have purchased some holsters. Yiogo

Old Faithful Holsters

I have an Old Faithful holster I made from their kit.
It is one very nice and comfortable holster, easy to draw and reholster.

For $39 you can not beat it. Try one you will see how nice it is.

I ordered a Stage 3 kit a couple of days ago. I can't wait to get it! I'll add my review to this thread once I have it in hand and can use it for a few days.

Holster was $70+ when I bought it...Horsehide is another $15, combat cut $8 plus shipping

Well I got my holster kit, mine was about $15 more expensive because I got two large pieces of colored kydex. I ordered enough kydex to make 4 holsters or screw up 3 times and make one. The leather is a lot thicker than my crossbred which should hold up better. The crossbred pictured cost me $90 when I bought it plus shipping and took a very long time to arrive. With the crossbred you can only carry one gun but with the Old Faithful you can change out shells to carry any handgun. The hardware all seems sturdy as well. I will try my luck and see how it goes....will post pics how it turns out.

By the way if your wondering what the hose is for....its so you can space the shell off of the holster where you want it to give more or less retention.
