I have wanted a Thompson Contender for years and finally got one, it was manufactured in 1983, It came with 4 barrels one of which is the .30 Herrett.
.
I have NO experience with this cartridge and am looking for some 150 Gr cast bullets loading information.
.
I have borrowed a set of dies including a case forming die and have a significant amount of 30-30 brass on hand. so forming brass isn't going to be a problem.

Mike Bellm's website would bec a good place to start. He goes over some must do's for reloading the TC, hope this helps:

I had the 14" TC in .30 Herrett until it was stolen, and it was a great shooter with power. Making brass isn't difficult but takes some time. A light load on the first firing will fireform the cases nicely.

My load data came from the Speer #9 manual. In fact, I found about 25 rounds in my ammo stash.

You'll love that cartridge once you get it worked up.
