Just got my American Rifleman (NRA rag) yesterday and they tested the MOE version.

Really a good review. They did not like the trigger. Their accuracy seemed not as good as my Sport. Reliability was excellent.

What say ye (that read the article)?

I got mine Friday and haven't even flipped mine open yet. Thanks for the inspiration. :)

I just picked up my M&P 15 MOE yesterday evening...and it's been raining all day today!!!...:(

Raining and windy, And of course I got my copy of American Rifleman today. It's drying out as we speak. My mailman hates me. It's got to be all those heavy boxes he has to deliver to my house. I did flip thru to the piece about the MOE Mid and I noticed that some of the features on this model seem to be newer. The "patent-pending" flash hider looks different from a standard A2 bird cage. And they said something about the mag well being serrated along the forward edges. Is this something S&W is starting to do with all their lowers? And from the picture, the flash hider looks longer.

My mailman is a anti gunner, I'll get mine mid march.

That's just wrong!:( I signed my son and I up for life membership about a month ago and still haven't received anything. Oh well, they will get to me when they get to me.:)

Hey Don, something nobody is thinking about with the half MILLION or so people signing up for the NRA just in the last several months is, They got to print that many more magazines. That is just my opinion, I could be wrong. I'm sure they will get it to you soon.

Yes I know they will find me.:) I wasn't complaining in any way.:) The good news is that since the membership has increased, maybe more jobs will be created just in the print industry!:) Now, THAT is the change we have been looking for!:D:D:D

Hope they support this line better than they do the M&P pistols. Bought the 40 and 22 and can't beg, borrow, buy or steal a mag for either. This has been the case for a long time and I get canned blah blah blah responses when emailing S&W. Better luck with the long guns.

I just joined the NRA in Jan towards the middle/end of the month and just got my membership information a few days ago so it does take awhile longer.

I just read the article about the M&P 15 MOE and it seems to be a really nice rifle and looks great all decked out in Magpul

You were aware there's been a bit of an...increase....in orders lately, yes? ;)
