Letter sent this morning

Dear Senator Toomey:

Enclosed please find my gift to you of a pocket version of the Constitution of The United States of America. I trust you will be able to find time to read it once your tenure ends as a result of your blatant disregard for the consituents that put you in office. You should especially find the first ten amendments interesting. They are called The Bill of Rights. Please pay particular attention to number two. Thats the one you said you wouldn't waiver on.

I heard today on the radio, this "compromise" was reached over drinks, on Sen Manchin's yacht, named the "Black Tie". Amazing what trechery a little alcohol will get you.
