Does anyone have the MP15-22 PC?

In addition to the match barrel and chamber don't forgot the match 2 stage trigger. My brother in law bought a couple MOE 15-22s. They are nice rifles, but I'll stick with my PC 15-22. I bought it new for $525 shipped, so it was a no brainer when I figured in the cost of upgrading a standard 15-22 or MOE version.

I purchased the 15/22 PC, Threaded barrel, Fluted, match chamber, the gun is fantastic,I shoot it with open sights, gun shoots better than I can. I paid $ 593.00.

I have one of each I use for shooting speed competition. The PC model might be a little more accurate but the tighter chamber is also a little more finicky in ammo. These days I use the regular model primarily in Ruger Rimfire and Steel Challenge. Replaced triggers in both with Geissele Super 3-Gun triggers. Regular one has an AP Custom carbon fiber handguard and an Allchin 15-22 muzzlebrake. PC model has a Nordic 1.4"x12" alloy modular handguard and a Nordic Tactical muzzlebrake. Both have Safariland SuperStoc lockable buttstocks.

I'm considering the break, does it help make it louder (for timers)

I have PC and son has MOE with Geissele Super 3-Gun trigger. The PC has a better trigger than the standard but the sd3gun makes it feel heavy. Gonna end up getting one for my PC also.

Yes the Allchin brake is louder because it has 2 big ports on each side. But it never fails to trip the speed timers at matches which you can't say about most of the others. That is mainly why I use it.
