Good for you, that is a good price. I am amongst the minority here that does not like those things. I have tried them on J, K, and N frames over the years and they do not work for me. One came wih my S&W 58 that I bought in 2008. That was a knuckle buster combo for sure.

Nothing shouts "old school" like a Tyler and Franzite grips.

I love my model 58 with Magna's and a Tyler-T.I shoot hot hand loads with mine all the time.

congrats on a good deal.
used to see tylers quite often for that or even less but its been years ago.

I jumped on it for $15 after I saw how much they were on eBay. Was going to order a new one, but saw they have been having some issues with getting orders out. I plan to put this on my 442. Is there any way to determine how old this T-Grip is?

I have only gotten one with a box. This box was marked on the side for various named models (Combat Masterpiece) not by model number. I guessed it was made prior to 1957 or the folks at Tyler T never bothered to reprint their boxes.

Ok, that makes sense. Mine is marked on the bottom..

"For Smith & Wesson (old model) (small trigger guard) Chief, Terrier, Hand Ejector and Like frame Smith & Wesson Revolvers. Also Rossi, Eig E9, and I.N.A. Tiger"

Also has the model...#20B-2 Black
