I turned 70 in December. I'm still the handsome, charming, swave and deboyner rascal I've always been and if you don't believe it, you can go straight.......

I think it has a lot to do with passing through stages that begin with the optimism of youth, pass through the realism of adulthood, and culminate in pessimism, with the onset of the not so "golden years." I find myself approaching the latter. The state of our nation definitely brings out the grouchy grump in me.
 
I was a stunt man for Walter Matheau in "Grumpier Old Men". Didn't even need a script. It really is kinda an "earned" thing like Braswell said. It just doesn't happen when you wake up one day. You almost have to work at achieving it. And by the way, this afternoons meeting on proscratanation has been postponed indefinitely. Proscratanation and grumpy seem to be partners in the "golden years".
