I apologise in advance if this thread is in the wrong forum and understand if it gets pulled, but I would like to hear your opinions on a current situation I found myself in.
I do a lot of offhand target shooting in leagues and as such like to take the Anschutz and try for that elusive 100 on a match card. All that pressure and seriousness is periodically interspersed with the "weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" factor of the M&P 15 22. So one night sitting at home bored I decided to make some targets to take to the range to entertain myself. Short on printer ink I decided to draw myself some of these and scale them to make a very difficult 25yrd 22lr target.

I had great fun and mainly 'saved' the hostage, handed a couple of cards out to others there who also thought it a bit more fun than shooting at a numbered circle. I threw them in the recycle box and thought nothing more of it.
Then at a recent committee meeting, the same cards I shot were pulled out by a 'prone' rifle shooter who rattled on and on about how they were inappropriate and called on the committee to frown on such activities. While the club holds no such 'rule' all the 'greys' agreed with him...barring the exception of the wild boar cards 'they' like to shoot.
So I was thinking of printing some of these out as a compromise
Seriously though what are your opinions on these types of targets I am sure the difference in opinions from either side of the pond will differ but I am interested in what you guys think.
