AR's are dangerous and unusual

I too am a retired government employee and I am quite unusual and when riled potentially dangerous.

The SCOTUS has held that only militia weapons are covered by the 2nd. See United States V. Miller.

The solution is simple. Either break up the 2nd into two separate amendments (they concern different subjects, ie. militia and firearm ownership) or simply reverse the order. Instead of the current version:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

To:

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed [for] a well regulated militia being [is] necessary to the security [both domestic and abroad] of a free state.

Hum... didn't reckon she's just having a hard time thinking clearly? Don't know. Would have to assume that she is at least capable of some sort of rational thought, at least some days. Oh well. These sorts of things happen. Happily the standard of law is not what a irrational woman thinks... but rather the reasonable man. Doubtless her skewed perspective will be straightened out once this case is appealed.

I stopped by Wally World over the weekend, and there were three different manufacturers' versions of the AR along with a S&W M&P15-22. At this point, I'm finding my favored .38 Special/.357 Magnum revolvers to be more unusual than ARs.

Wait a minute there 3dots. There are a lot of good people living here.

That is why the Western counties of Maryland want to split from the rest of the state. We have been fighting O'malley for years. I hope if he tries to run for President that the people of the USA can see the damage that he has done to our state. I know more people that will be leaving Maryland a.s.a.p . It is no joke .

Any opinion, legal or otherwise, that takes 47 pages to write and defies any common, cursory observation, is not one I would care to read. AR's are now the most commonly produced rifle in the U.S., and have been selling like hotcakes for quite awhile now.

But, y'all know that... just not the judge, apparently. :-(
