Last year my dad and I had intended to attend but a sudden health issue forced a change of plans. I had made arrangements with a local FFL holder for a possible transfer but was a little nervous leaving cash in Oklahoma with hopes a handgun would arrive in Kansas to the FFL holder.
Wundudnee wrote, "It's a little difficult for me to buy revolvers being I'm out of state." I understand this statement.
I don't understand how 1891singleshot "came home" with a handgun - unless they mean it was shipped and transferred to a FFL holder in their home state or perhaps there was a FFL holder from their state at the show?
In the example of 1891singleshot, could a handgun purchased at the show in Oklahoma by someone residing outside Oklahoma be transferred to another FFL holder at the show from the home state of the purchaser allowing the purchaser to take possession directly in Oklahoma?
