Since he's from Indianapolis I get news updates on this story a lot. He hasn't been arrested yet. FBI has removed all his electronics (so you guys can't email him) Some weasily looken guy that managed Fogels "foundation" was arrested in connection with the probe. This link is pretty up to date on whats going on. Pretty disgusting stuff.

And what do they look like?

Can't really describe it....but I'll give you an example. When there is a guy charged with a sex crime against children and there is a court day and he is sitting amongst the other prisoners-it's pretty easy to pick them out just by looking at their faces. Or even when they're just sitting in the audience. Just something about them and the way they hold themselves. Of course these are the ones who've already been caught and charged. Creepy really.

You really can't tell with these guys and I've always had a hard time why they'd be interested in kiddie porn.
I worked with a guy for years that was married, a father and grandfather that doted on his grandkids. You'd have never suspected him of dealing with kiddie porn but he got busted and went to county jail a couple years ago for it.
Although I was talking to our former boss the other day and we both agreed there was something about Mike that wasn't quite right. My wife had mentioned the same thing to be years ago and she only met the guy a couple times.

If Jared is guilty I hope they throw the book at him as I have a real hatred for that type of sick individual. However if it turns out he is innocent the damage is already done to his reputation and he'll always be connected to the suspicions. Hope he's saved up his money as doubt he'll ever work again regardless.

It's kind of sad to think so many have already judged him, when it seems, so far that he just hired a guy who turns out to be a creep. Most bosses have hired creeps somewhere down the line, and if they don't trip up, you never know it. So far, Cosby is wayyyy creepier.

I agree. It doesn't even appear that he's been interviewed as of yet. His computers have been seized and his house searched, but nothing else... so far.

It will be interesting to see how much media coverage there is if it turns out that he wasn't involved in this.

My guess is that there won't be much.

According to one local news report, Subway hasn't wasted any time severing their ties with Mr. Fogle.

But Gator's right, nothing is known for sure yet.

He's worth an estimated fifteen million,so losing subway wont effect his pocket much but,jail would. Last commercial I saw--he "updated" us that he was married and had two sons.

Just my opinion. Cosby used his position as the kindly old father figure to lure (adult) women into compromise via drugs. While the drugs were part of his "thing" and the women had no clue about that aspect, any decent woman had to know Bill wanted in their pants. Since they were adults these woman had some options.
Jared seems to have some background in porn distribution. It's hard to believe he didn't know what his employee was up to. It's my understanding 1 child porn pic is as bad as a thousand when it comes to prosecution. Jared doesn't look bright enough to have covered his tracks.

Actually,many you can tell--by just observing their reactions around kids. A few like that live in my area. So it aint too hard to tell--just like it isnt that hard to tellif a person is an illegal alien or not. Also,working in a place specializing in inmate confinement--one easily learns what tolook for.Even if one dosnt work in corrections--they arent hard to spot.

For me, the worst of the two--as far as disappointment goes--is for Cosby. I grew up liking him and seeing him as a voice of sanity only to have ones trust thrown away. I really liked his shtick called: Bill Cosby Himself. Back to Fogle, not really disappointed there if he is guilty?but ill reserve judgement till we know better.

For some reason I can't fathom, my wife likes their turkey subs. Subway is the place I go if I'm starving and in the middle of nowhere. It's even behind McDonalds or Sonic.

I like Subway, not my favorite sandwich place, but it's nice to tell them just what to put on it, while you watch them. Heck, I even go to the grocery store and buy steak that is already sliced, usually about an inch and a half.

One of these creeps was stupid enough to move in across the road from me after he served 10 years of a 20 year sentence for his second conviction for sexual assault against a minor. No child porn was involved here as he is not smart enough to operate a computer. His parole officer was a good friend of mine that I drank coffee with several times a week. After a few months the scum was busted for violating his parole for possession of meth. I could smell it cooking over there. More stupidity on his part. He did three years on the parole violation and moved back in. Same song, different verse. A few months later he got popped again and while he was in prison this time someone drove a pickup through the trailer rendering it uninhabitable. What's left of it is still piled up across the road from me. Most folks would call it an eyesore, but I kinda like it. After this he got himself paroled to another county and got busted again. I don't know where or care where he is now, except for his danger to society, I'm just glad he's gone.

Another guy I worked with 20 years ago molested his two nieces he and his wife had custody for as their parents were unfit parents. Again Jerry seemed a normal guy and even seemed right at company picnics while interacting with the two small girls. He was a bit of an electronics geek but that was his job and nobody at work had any clue.
What was sick was his wife learned what was happening when one of the girls was old enough to tell her what was happening to them. The wife kept Jerry away from them but completed her RN degree in the next year as he was supporting her before turning him in.
Jerry did his prison time and was trained in computers while serving his time which is a shocker now but maybe before their was much of a net and kiddie porn. My old boss actually hired him to do some computer work for the company when he got out saying he'd done his time. Fortunately I was on vacation that week as I don't know how I'd have reacted to him being in the office.
