I would have said the same thing. It's hard to appreciate the true value of the BHP until you've shot one. It doesn't have that modern "tactical" look that the Glocks and M&Ps do. But, it's a better gun in almost every way (too many parts though). He said to his buddies "I thought he might be a ringer when he chose my Browning HP over the Glocks and S&W M&Ps on the table".

"I shoot well enough to defend myself." OK, I'm calling you out. I said it, I DON'T THINK YOU CAN DO IT!!!
I know you can't beat me, but can you even come close? PROVE IT!!! (There might be a prize involved.)
I just ordered a steel 66% IPSC target. Going to do the other challenge on that for fun, when I can get my boy out with me to run the timer on my phone.![]()
Rastoff,Not to anyone in particular...
You know, investing in a decent shot timer isn't a bad idea.
SNIP
This is the one I use: Amazon.com: Competition Electronics CEI-4700 Pocket Pro II Timer, Blue: Sports & Outdoors
It's easy to read, easy to set, easy to change. My shooting improved dramatically when I started to use it. Yeah, it's about $115, but worth every penny.
Okay, thank you. Going to order it. The target I ordered had free shipping, and I have to make my own stand for it. The one with the stand was like double the price plus shipping. [emoji51]The Pocket Pro II has a beep. It's quite loud and I don't know anyone that has trouble hearing it.
Congrats on the steel. I want a couple of those too, but they ain't cheap.
