Hello,

I have a full size m&p22 and pretty much only shoot hv Ammo .. Outside of my break in period I've had no issues.

Any reason to pick up a m&p22 compact or just stick to my other 22s I have now .

I will admit my 22s are just for plinking/new shooters and not going for accuracy all that much

I see no reason to get a compact if you already have the full sized M&P 22. I heard maybe a year ago that the compacts did not have the "issues" the full sized guns did.......I don't even remember now what those issues were. It your pistol functions good stick with it.

However, you might consider a 9mm M&P. I am very pleased with mine, and ammo isn't much more expensive.....and at least you can FIND 9mm ammo!:cool:

The M&P 22 is my favorite toy. The full fits my hand perfectly, so I don't see any reason to lose a finger on the grip.

I'm pretty good on guns and never have Ammo issues.. The full size was giving me issues at first but last few trips I have had no issues .. I hear great things about the compact and was not sure if it was that great to dump in 400 + for guns mags n threaded adapter and a dedicated suppressor.
