I mean I understand that, however I only paid $150, and I am fairly certain that the base value of this firearm is more than that in case of me wanting to resell it.
You caught me in a crabby mood. If you would have said "I'm from where ever and just bought a 3906 for $150" I probably have been more helpful. Sorry. It always helps me to know what these S&Ws are going for in various parts of the country. Just to have some idea in case I see one.
The other posters' prices are in line whit what I would expect. I'm curious though, how did you find it for such a steal?
I am in New Mexico, I hat had a family member clearing out some room in their safe and made me a nice deal on the 3906
I'm relieved to know you're not in possession of a stolen gun. $150 is just too little to pay for a normal transaction. Unless you need the cash, consider hanging on to it. It's one of the best ever made.
