Curious about post count,"likes" received and "likes" given

Each to their own, and let bygones be bygones...BUT:

Teach me something, make me laugh- you get a "like", no second thoughts. Same for good photos, and any post that ought to be "quoted for truth" (QFT!). Saves me the extraordinary effort of posting ...;)

I am not keeping score, nor do I care what yours is.

There is supposedly a formula that you can use that you plug in the 3 values of the likes, liked, and posts and it will reveal your basic personality profile. Why else would they bother to record all that? I think it will reveal if you are a generous, a stingy, an intelligent, a not so intelligent, a nice, or a downright evil personality. It can tell you far more than just that, but I just don’t recall the full formula, but it did involve a quadratic equation.

I entered my posting history into the formulaic matrix and received this result: "You are obviously introverted, possibly INTJ by the MBTI; crave approval of others, and are either Mensa qualified, or just mildly retarded.

There is no criteria..

If I genuinely like a post, I make sure the author knows it. I am sure they appreciate it as do I.

There is no criteria for how much you 'like' something. If I like it, I check it. If I REALLY like it, I'll say so.

PS: The fact that so many 'likes' are awarded on this board says something about the quality of the input from members.

I realize that I am one of those that has been frugal with my likes. I guess that I always took the approach that if I didn't use the like button sparingly it somehow lost its value. If I liked every post, then the really special ones wouldn't stand out. My problem is that I like most of what everyone has to say here.

Recently, I have tried to be more liberal with my likes. :D

I belong to a couple of forums that not only have no "likes" but actually have turned off the post counter in the "lounge, off topic" boards.
